贺迈（Mathis Heller）教授，拥有二十多年设计工作经验，曾服务于宝马、曼恩和西门子等国际一线品牌，获得过红点设计大奖和iF设计金奖等多个国际性设计奖项。现为荷兰顶级设计公司——威尔设计公司首席设计师、德稻汽车与工业设计大师、上海视觉艺术学院荣誉教授。2013年11月，以他的中文名命名的贺迈德稻大师工作室在上海成立。

贺迈教授现有一独立的电动车项目，亟需懂英文、有经验的研发小伙伴加入。

We are looking for technical directors, which are able to create a truly innovative technical concept and to establish their own development team.

We are setting up a completely new Electric Vehicle R&D and Innovation Centre. We are striving to become the most innovative organization in China. 

At first, several different EV’s will be developed in a very short time span. A truly world-famous designer will be responsible for the design. Collaborations with European teams and manufacturers will be part of this venture. The aim is to provide the most innovative and attractive electric vehicles with European quality for the Asian market.

1Job Summary

Set up a truly innovative out-of-the-box technical concept together with the other technical directors. Set up and inspire a team of 5-7 engineers. Guide the development and engineering activities.

2Accountability and Responsibilities

▎Lead an engineering and development team with spirit and enthusiasm, inspiring creativity and professional execution for commercial success;

▎Be aware of relevant future trends and improvements in both techniques and technology; Work closely with collaborative partners around the world; Work with other senior management developing strategies and solutions into projects;

▎Be the point of contact in situations where a high level perspective is required based on strategic direction;

▎Participate in the recruitment/dismissal of engineering staff;

▎Secure project targets.

3Background and Skills

▎Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering;

▎Minimum 5-8 years of documented experience in automotive field;

▎Documented experience from team leader role or similar;

▎Complete and documented understanding of the (electric) automotive design process;

▎Knowledge of tools, models and methodologies used within the development process;

▎Some proficient in equivalent 3D software tools preferred;

▎Leadership Competencies;

▎Standing alone and team player;

▎Perseverance;

▎Dealing with paradox;

▎Behavioral Competencies;

▎Networking and peer relationships;

▎Integrity and trust;

▎Excellent communication and presentation skills;
