		<title>BCG研究发现多达四分之三的中国车主换车时计划更换品牌</title>

				<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>BCG最新报告揭示：面对即将袭来的“品牌大迁徙”浪潮，国内外汽车企业必须牢牢把握中国当前9千万乘用车和轻型车主的忠诚度</strong>。<br/></p>
<p>波士顿咨询公司（BCG）于近期发布最新报告《品牌忠诚度之争：中国汽车市场的下一场战役》。报告指出，中国汽车市场正在迈入一个新的重要发展阶段。国内外汽车企业能否在中国市场取得成功，将取决于它们是否有能力牢牢把握客户忠诚度。据调查，多达四分之三的中国车主计划在购买下一辆汽车时更换品牌，而这些车主所保有的汽车总数估计高达9,000多万辆。</p>
<p>报告发现，这股“品牌大迁徙”的浪潮将影响到中国汽车市场的各个细分市场。在价位相对较低的自主品牌车市场中，近85％的车主表示打算在购买下一辆车时更换品牌，这其中只有大约30％表示计划购买其它自主品牌产品。国外中档品牌（价位大致在8万至25万元人民币之间）则可能将会流失70％的当前客户。而在由几家欧洲高端品牌占据主导地位的高档车市场中，约有57％的车主计划更换品牌。</p>
<p>在上述每一种品牌类型中，中国消费者的忠诚度水平均低于发达市场车主在类似调查中所表现出的忠诚度水平。本报告的研究成果基于BCG消费者洞察智库（CCCI）对中国市场上2,400名车主的访谈。BCG合伙人、大中华区汽车专项领导人贺马可（Marco Gerrits）表示：“中国是全球汽车行业增幅最大的市场。许多汽车企业直到今天仍把全部精力放在赢得首次购车者上。然而，无论是国内品牌还是国外品牌未来都需要迅速转变思路。我们的研究结果表明，中国汽车市场上的新一轮争夺战将围绕客户忠诚度展开。”</p>
<p>根据BCG的研究显示，某些品牌似乎有望成为中国汽车市场上的大赢家。在计划向国外中档品牌升级消费的自主品牌车主中，约有40％表示打算购买大众品牌汽车。而在计划向高档品牌升级消费的国外中档品牌车主中，近90％表示有可能选择奥迪、宝马或奔驰。</p>
<p>BCG资深合伙人、汽车专项核心成员金伟栋指出：“中国消费者在购买汽车时大多会集中选择某几个知名品牌，因为这些品牌让他们觉得没有后顾之忧。在这种情况下，中国汽车市场的竞争格局日益显现出‘赢家通吃’的特点，这使得汽车企业更加有必要赢得这场品牌竞争。”</p>
<p>调查结果显示，中国车主更换品牌的原因多种多样。随着中国消费者的富裕程度日渐提高，许多人希望在负担得起的情况下升级消费更优质或更高档的品牌。本报告将这些车主称为“消费升级者”。而其他数以百万计的消费者则被称为“品牌更换者”：他们对已有车辆的诸多方面并不满意，因此打算在同一汽车细分市场中更换品牌。</p>
<p>在大多数细分市场中，消费升级者和品牌更换者对于将要购买的下一辆车有着不同的期望。根据BCG的研究显示，在自主品牌、国外中档品牌以及高档品牌市场中，中国车主未能得到满足的功能需求和情感需求同样存在极大的差别。</p>
<p>追求更加出色的产品质量、性能和经销商体验是自主品牌车主更换品牌的最大理由。贺马可表示：“对于自主品牌而言，最紧迫的挑战是不断改进汽车产品、完善经销商服务，同时保持自身的成本优势。”</p>
<p>对产品可靠性、安全性以及保养成本高的担忧是中档品牌车主打算在同一区间转向竞争对手品牌的首要原因。而那些计划升级消费的中档品牌车主则希望拥有更出色的配置、更高端的售后服务以及能体现更高社会地位的汽车产品。在高档车主中，品牌更换者主要希望获得更高的乘坐舒适度和更胜一筹的售后服务，而消费升级者主要期盼更多豪华体验。</p>
<p>报告作者之一、BCG项目经理Andreas Klotz表示：“企业需要清楚知道是哪些功能因素和情感因素在推动中国汽车市场上的不同客户群做出购买决定。企业还应建立起更具特色的品牌标识——但当前中国市场上的大多数汽车品牌都远没有达成这一目标。”</p>
